Wo Hing Radio & Video Co., Ltd. has been supplying audio/video products to the buyers all around the world, including the world's leading entertainment giant Technicolor. Over the past two decades, Wo Hing has developed from a small workshop equipped with merely two second hand molding machines to a large scale enterprise with an investment of 250 million RMB (35 million USD), 50,000 square meters of possessing facility, 250 specialized state-of-the-art injection machines, 6 optical disc production lines and more than 1300 employees. Wo Hing has vertically integrated the supply chain covering design, manufacturing, logistics and after sales service to provide our customers with total solutions for media packaging and media storage products. Our main products include CDR, DVDR, Video Cassette Housing, Audio Cassette Housing and all sorts of CD Boxes and DVD Boxes etc.. In 2006, with more than 20 years of molding experiences, we have successfully launched into the market a new branch of products, cosmetics packaging. We have demonstrated to our customers the great competitive advantages in capacity, quality, variety of products, logistics and customization.CapacityWith more than 1,300 workers and highly efficient facility in house, we roll out 8 million of CD-R discs and 2 million of DVDR discs every month. We have a monthly capacity of 120 containers, including 10 million of V-0s, 6 million of C-0s, 10 million of CD/DVD cases and 1 million cosmetics packaging products.QualityAs a quality driven manufacturer, quality is always the top priority in Wo Hing. To ensure only products of top quality reach our customers, all products are subjected to strict in-house quality control measures. 40 in-house QC members conduct stringent inspections on raw materials, semi finished product, finished products and packaging. Top-grade materials are sourced from Japan, Hong Kong SAR and Korea. Advanced production lines and machinery from Steag Hamatech Germany, Singulus Germany, Meiki Japan and Emould Germany are equipped in-house to ensure quality stability and product consistency. Recording speed, scratches and distortion are evaluated using Swedish AudioDev CATs, Dr. Schenk tester and ETA online inspectors. Strict aging and climate tests are conducted daily to ensure durability and product life time. All our products are now delivered with AQL and JVC approvals. Logistics and sales networkWith the three offices located in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shantou, Wo Hing has enjoyed the benefits of smooth logistics, low cost of logistic path and prompt delivery of goods. Our sales people are well trained to provide our customers with professional services. Weekly meetings are conducted to discuss customer feedbacks and comments. All our sales people speak fluent English, Cantonese and Chinese which ensure efficient communication with our customers all over the world. Customer preferences, comments and issues & solutions are well documented in our CRM system which enables us to understand and satisfy different needs from different customers. CustomizationOver the past 20 years, we have accumulated rich experiences in injection molding and have built up a strong capability in product design from concept screening & selection, design for manufacturing, prototyping to mass production. We also possess a strong team which ensures professional approach in mold design and mold development. Except the rich variety of products we provide for media storage and media packaging industry, Wo Hing has so far provided its customers with more than 50 customized products.
